The Full-time Research Fellow (postdoctoral) position will involve working on a research project on Strengthening Regional Universities in Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania. Applicants with experience/skills in higher education, quantitative and qualitative research methods, and data analysis are especially welcome to apply. The position will also include work to support the drafting of project outputs and activities of the Centre, including translation, so applicants who can read and write both Kazakh and Russian to C1 level or above will be given preference.
