Dr. Dinara Mukhamejanova and Dr. Gulfiya Kuchumova, who lead the CARCEIT Education Impact Project (EIP) on ‘Promotion and Remuneration Policies at Private Universities in Kazakhstan’ participated in the ERAS International Conference and the WERA Focal Meeting at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from November 22nd to 24th, 2023. The conference focused on the theme ‘Forging Ahead: Transforming Education in a Rapidly Changing World’ and drew approximately 900 scholars, policy makers, and practitioners from 29 countries. Participants, with diverse research interests and professional backgrounds, engaged in discussions related to enduring themes such as educational policy research, leadership in education, motivation, learning, and many others.
